Terms and conditions
- Open to all new conventional home loan applications (regardless of the loan amount), excluding Internal Refinancing, Top-Up Loans and Staff Housing Loans.
- Based on system acceptance date and time upon approval.
- Based on first acceptance.
- Based on total facility. However, if the loan is part of an Overdraf and Term Loan process, the 100-day interest free period is only applicable on the Term Loan portion.
- The 100-day interest free period shall commence from the date of first disbursement.
- Submission of loan application and acceptance by customers must be within the campaign period.
- This promotion is not valid for projects under DIBS (Developer Interest Bearing Scheme).
